January 2024 Monthly Training Blast - CTO Program First Discussion

We're pleased to introduce our new Monthly Training Blasts video series. These are short-form videos designed to give you compact, digestible lessons in emergency management. Training doesn't need to be a chore!

This month's Training Blast gives a brief overview of an integral part of the CTO/trainee relationship - the "First Discussion". Featuring equal input all parties, the First Discussion sets the ground rules for the entire training process, and serves to put both the CTO and their trainee on the same page.
