The Hero's Choice at The 25th Annual IAED Navigator Conference

We are excited to announce that we will be presenting our course “The Hero's Choice: Stress Reduction Strategies in the Workplace for the Emergency Dispatcher” at the upcoming 25th annual IAED Navigator Conference in Orlando, Florida. This will be our second year presenting our material at the Navigator Conference and we are looking forward to sharing our research with everyone in attendance.

From the IAED site, Navigator is “the world’s foremost premier education conference built around public safety emergency communications and call processing.“ The conference focuses on providing educational and inspirational experiences to it’s attendees, and features popular keynote speakers and displays of cutting-edge technology in the field of emergency management.

This year’s conference is from April 29th-May 1st at Disney’s Coronado Springs resort in Orlando, Florida; those interested in attending can register at the conference’s official site.
