Read The Study Based on Our Hero’s Choice Course

Read the study conducted concurrently with our flagship course “The Hero’s Choice” by our Chief Consultant Paul Bourgeois (along with B.A. Emily Hotz). With data collected in the Spring of 2020, the study focuses on job-related stress and strategies for stress management & mitigation. As an often under-represented section of the first responder community, we feel that having added visibility from sources including this peer-reviewed study is important in improving opportunities for the well-being of 911 emergency dispatchers everywhere.
