In this informative two-hour webinar, AEP will uncover the true best practices of a respectful work environment. We will highlight the teamwork needed to build an all-inclusive workplace. The teamwork to lift our peers to a greater level of excellence. 

In today’s work place we have one of the most diverse work forces we have ever had. We have “Boomers” working with “Gen-Z” employees, with a mix of experienced and new staff members together. One of the most challenging parts of emergency services is that we are under a great deal of pressure to perform at a very high level. Under this pressure sometimes we take these challenges out on each other. In a workplace for all we must embrace our differences and create an all-inclusive workforce. We have to drop the labels and support all of our staff members in the place that that makes them feel valued.  Workplace happiness is in the eye of the beholder, it’s that individual perspective that has to be defined and celebrated.
